Arzu Sandal studied Photojournalism and Documentary Photography at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts in Hanover. 

She’s interested in our physical and emotional connection to place, and our relationship to each other. Based in documentary photography she uses photography to process an experience, forming it into images.
